Shipping: The truck (LTL) freight is kind of different than the standard US Mail, FedEx or even UPS delivery. With the LTL Freight you will take the responsibility of carrying the item from the back of the truck into your house (or the place you will put it). You will need to sign for the product. In that case a person form the Freight company will contact you by phone within 1-2 day in order to make the delivery appointment.

It is really important to CKECK the package after it arrives to your front door.You MUST inspect it at the time of delivery. If the product comes damaged or there is some other reason about its bad condition, you HAVE to write “The Product is Damaged” on the sheet they ask you to sigh on. That will guarantee that if there is any damages, the problem will be solved ASAP.

There could be an additional costs if you live in a place where the freight truck can not reach like a small street or any other not accessible place. When this happens, the company transfers your order onto a smaller truck, that can reach the given delivery destination. You should contact us before placing the order if you know that the truck can not access your home / street. This is a common problem in some cities as well as rural arias. By contacting us on time, we will have the chance to notify the freight service and obtain a cost estimate for you before placing your purchase.
