Customer ServiceQuick Help:1) I have placed an order and haven’t received any email notification from you yet Please check in your SPAM folder. You should have received several emails from us. 2) I want to know the status of an order I have already placed You can check your order status by logging into our system using the username and password you have received with the order confirmation email. Order statuses: Pending - your order has just been received; Processing – we have received your payment and your order is about to ship; Shipped, Delivered3) I haven’t received tracking number although my order status shows shipped As soon as we obtain the tracking number, we will send it to you. In some rare cases due to reasons beyond our control, you may receive it few days after the order has been shipped. 4) I need to update my shipping address information Please be advised that if your package has already been shipped via UPS or FedEx it must be rerouted by the recipient. You may change the delivery address of the package yourself by contacting the courier with your tracking number. If your order has not been shipped, please provide alternate shipping instructions in the mail form bellow. Please, note that O2 Cats is not responsible for any wrong delivery address provided by the customer. 5) I wish to cancel my order In order to ensure fast and efficient customer service, please include your name and order number in the mail form bellow. Please, note that if an order has already been shipped and is currently on a courier vehicle/office, it cannot be canceled or changed. 7) I am not happy with your product and want a refund To request a refund please, include your order number and a short message with the reason for returning the product into the form below. Your feedback is important for us to improve the quality of our products. You will receive a reply regarding the return instructions within 2 business days.
