As an online cat shop, that trying to provide you only with the best services, we at O2Cats.com think that the satisfaction of out customers should be our top priority. And it is! In case you are not satisfied with our product, ordered form us, please inform us in the next 7 days in order to return or exchange it. We could not return the shipping and handing fee. The product can be returned or exchanged as long as it is untouched, unchanged and new, and you will receive the full or partial refund depends on the restocking fee (15-25%).
My product is damaged or defective. What should I do?
Please, after getting the order, see if its damaged during the shipping or defective and if you find discrepancy, let us know in 2 days form the day it was delivered to your address. So we can resend you a brand new.
