Shipping Policy
The size of the product and its delivery location could be the main reasons for taking time with the shipment. Originally, we process and ship the order within 2 to 5 business days, counted from the day purchase is made.
We ship the orders carefully by using FedEx or UPS. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number form cartassist.com. In case the Shipment Notification email in not received, the package is not shipped, and we will get back to you ASAP, when it's done.
Customers are always excited to get the products in their hands, so we do our best to make sure that this will happen. After placing an order, 5 to 8 business days will be needed to be delivered to your step door, depending on your location.
If you are outside the United States, you should contact us in order to discuss shipping cost, which we calculated manually, based on your location.
We CANNOT ship to Hawaii, Alaska or any PO Box, APO & FPO address. All such orders will be automatically declined by our system.
Return & Exchange Policy
In case you are not happy or satisfied with some of our products, you can inform us in the next 30 days, in order to return or exchange it with another. RAN (Return Authorization Number) will be needed in case you want to return the item. The returning of the product will be accepted only with this number. Your RAN comes after the authorization of your request to return the item, and the item should be in the condition it was in the beginning - new, unaltered and unused. These means, that the product should not have any signs of wear or damages.
After we receive the returned product, you will be refunded, with a 5% restocking fee. For a replacement of the items you want or getting store credit instead of refund, you won't be charged with restocking fee.
Shipping fees CANNOT be refunded. Costs that refer to return shipping and insurance are all taken by the customers. We at O2Cats.com won't restore any return shipping costs, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective Policy
Please, inform us in 2 business days form the delivery date, if the product is defective or damaged. We will contact the manufacturer and next you will get is your new product. Some of the manufacturers, that we work with, would like to see an image with the defected or/and damaged part of the item, before accepting any request form us.
Freight Damage
Please, before accepting the item, make sure that the package is delivered with noticeable exterior damage. We have to be notified for any damages within 2 business days form the day of the delivery. That way we can file a claim for the damaged product of the freight company. If those 2 days period passed, O2Cats.com could not take the responsibilities of the damages. We also will ship out a replacement, if the package is lost or stolen.
Cancellations and Order Changes
You can cancel or change the order, only before the item is shipped. O2Cats.com is not responsible for shipping charges, if the order is shipped before any changes or cancellation to be done.
Confirmation of Order
We will send you an email, in which we would like to confirm the order and the address. When we receive your positive reply, the status of the order will be changed to processing.
Warranty
If the product is indeed defective, you have to reach us here at 2Cats.com within 2 business days, in order to notify the manufacturer, who will repair or replace the product or components at its discretion. Products that ware damaged as a result of abuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear, will NOT be repaired or replaced.
